N₂O**: Know The Risks** is a campaign focused on raising awareness about the risks of recreational nitrous oxide use.

In collaboration with Queen Mary University of London, Tower Hamlets Council, Barts Health NHS Trust, and the Osmani Trust, we have been working to provide education and resources to communities across London.

Our aim is to challenge misconceptions surrounding N₂O and provide individuals with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their health.

What We Do

Develop educational content and deliver interactive workshops in schools across London to inform young people of the potential harms of N₂O.
Our doctors help diagnose people affected by N₂O misuse and provide them with effective treatments in the clinic. They also produce guidance documents to help improve care practices in N₂O.
We conduct research to better understand how N₂O affects the brain and body. We also explore who is most likely to be affected by nitrous oxide, and understand the wider societal impacts of N₂O harms
Host stalls at community fairs to engage directly with the public and share key messages.
Post content on social media, including Instagram and TikTok.
